Preparations are underway at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Fla., on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008. After the Buccaneers played Sunday, crews removed and replaced turf and are now in the final phases of the 180-gallon paint job to brand the stadium for the the Outback Bowl.
