I'm fine with this signing, presuming Nady has sufficiently recovered from the elbow surgery he had last year. Nady is 31 and had a fine year in 2008 split between the Pirates and Yankees. Lifetime he has hit .308/.383/.471 in 673 plate appearances vs. LHP, so he'll make a fine platoon partner for...
