WASHINGTON (AP) — Brooks Laich scored twice, including a short-handed goal in the third period, Alex Ovechkin finally made a penalty shot, and the Washington Capitals kept up their four-goals-or-more pace Sunday with a 5-3 win over the Philadelphia Flyers.
