OAKLAND – It was about a year ago that fans clamored for JaMarcus Russell to play. Not so much Sunday.By the third quarter of the Raiders' 24-0 loss to the Atlanta Falcons at Oakland Coliseum, there were chants of "Walter! … Walter!" as in backup quarterback Andrew Walter.
