FL's Take: Pete Maravich has always been one of my heroes. I was thrilled when the Celtics signed him, even though he had slowed down some by that time. It is such a shame that he didn't stay for one more year to get that elusive ring. I am reading this book right now and it is absolutely fascinating. It starts with the beginnings of basketball and Press Maravich's early years. I highly recommend it.
