Piston fan files suit vs. Pacers

A Detroit Pistons fan who claims he was beaten up while an innocent bystander during a 2004 melee in the stands at The Palace of Auburn Hills has filed a federal lawsuit against the Indiana Pacers and players Ron Artest and Stephen Jackson.
