Rockets earned respect
The Mavericks were impressed with the Rockets, who won the game despite leaving Tracy McGrady on the bench for the fourth quarter. And forward Shane Battier (ankle) didn’t play because of injury.
The Mavericks and Rockets play in Houston on Nov. 19.
