In 1966, Eddie Mathews, Sandy Alomar, Sr. and Arnie Umbach were traded to the Houston Astros in exchange for OF Dave Nicholson and RHP Bob Bruce. The future Hall-of-Fame third baseman was the only person to play for the Boston, Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves.
