Officials optimistic of finalizing Marlins stadium deal in downtown Miami

Major League Baseball, Miami-Dade County and city of Miami officials said Monday they are optimistic they are close to finalizing a deal to build a ballpark for the Marlins on publicly owned land just north of the county's government center in downtown Miami.
