Celtics look to ’role’ out a 2nd Motown hit vs. Pistons
FL's Take: The Celtics know how to win and they just need to do it. If they play their game and come out with tough defense from the beginning, they can beat the Pistons in this game.
Stuck with tough image
Sam Cassell won’t go down sitting
FL's Take: Cassell has to realize that Rondo is the better point guard at this point and he will get most of the minutes, and rightfully so. Doc did the right thing by playing House in the Cavs series as he was a better fit. Cassell is now the better fit but he must play the team game or else he will cost the team more than help it.
Road work ahead
With Celtics Rajon Rondo and Kendrick Perkins, talk says volumes
I love Rajon and Perk! It was great getting to see them at the podium after the last game. We need them to step up again in this one.
Globe Celtics can just taste it
FL's Take: I hope this isn't just talk and they will come out like they really want this game.

Red's Army Can we repeat the effort please?
FL's Take: The Celtics effort will determine whether they win. If they play their game and play aggressively from start to finish, they can beat anyone anywhere.

Joe Dumars fires a coach. When will Dumars' noggin join them? Maybe Joe should coach the Pistons himself. Then Rick Carlisle, whose belly was simply bursting with fire, was hired. But Flip Saunders rubbed the players the wrong way, eventually. So Dumars hired Curry after just one season as Saunders' assistant. A 39-43 record. An embarrassing sweep at the hands of the formerly-tormented Cleveland Cavaliers. A complete loss of the players' respect. Rip Hamilton, by the way, disappointed me. Dumars is an anomaly. Speculation is that the still-green Curry was an obstacle to players signing with the Pistons. The Pistons' Engine Has Been Rebuilt!"
