The 6-foot-3, 215-pound Lokombo, who had narrowed his choices to Oregon and its Pac-10 rival California, was coming off a sizzling senior season with the Hawks in which averaged an astounding 15.2 yards-per-carry average, rushing for 1,558 yards and 22 touchdowns.
